How neat does this sound?
I'm a big fan of Maid Marian. Right now I'm writing a story about her escape from Nottingham to Sherwood forest --dressed as a page-boy, of course. She runs into Robin in the woods, he doesn't recognize her and challenges her to a duel. Then she scratches him with her blade and he gets mad. When he's about to slit her throut, he suddenly realizes who she is... I love it. I found the storyline by digging up old legends and re-tellings.
Anyway, I started this story before I even knew there was a BBC Robin Hood. Now I'm excited! Who doesn't want an excuse to dress up like Maid Marian and blog about it! Fun!

I'm excited about it, too! =) Cool story; you'd probably like the BBC series. I've just seen the first 2 seasons, and season 2 is better.

Marion- I'll have to look at season 2. I actually have seen season 1- a friend let me borrow it- and I didn't care for it that much. Marian was too critical. But I think she'll have a change of heart.
=D
Elizabeth- I'll have to check your other blogs out. And I'd LOVE to be on a blog roll!
Thank you for following, Marissa and Dancer!
Oh, I would love to read the story! Are you going to post it?
Mmmm. I don't know where I'm going with this story, so I'm not sure yet. I'm not certain how long it will be...
But if I post it anywhere, it will be right here!
