The Celtic Zucchinis

This was my family's first year attempting to grow a truly large vegetable garden. As with many would-be gardeners, we made a mistake. Actually, I made a mistake. It was my job to plant the squash, pumpkins, zucchini, and cucumbers. And, well, I planted too much zucchini. Much too much zucchini (much too much?).





We were presented with a problem. What to do with our large crop of zucchini???





While cleaning the kitchen with our dear friend Gabby, we were jamming out to some great music, using our oversized zucchinis for the props of our impromptu band. We decided to get official:
